Shipping policy
All orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise required based on availability or delivery needs.
We offer flat rate shipping of $7 on all orders. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 5–7 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays.
You will receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.
Delivery
Shipping times vary based on location and USPS handling, but most orders arrive within a few days after shipment.
Once a package has been handed off to USPS, we are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues. If a problem arises, you may need to contact USPS directly.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you will need to contact USPS to file a claim. We do not replace or refund orders marked as delivered.
