Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is an error on our end (incorrect item, defective product, or damage during shipping).

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery at rico@soonerblue.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue so it can be reviewed.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Personalized or custom products (including signed or made-to-order items)

Damages & Incorrect Orders

Inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so the issue can be evaluated and resolved.


Refunds (If Approved)

If a refund is approved due to an error on our part, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after review. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.


EU Orders

For orders shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery as required by law. Items must be unused, in original condition, and include proof of purchase.
